Matt Sha (He/him) is a Research Assistant at UBC Men’s Health Research Program with a BSc in Integrated Sciences (Human Diseases & Data Analysis) from the University of British Columbia. After being diagnosed with Myxoid Liposarcoma at 21 years old, he began advocating for young adult cancer care by volunteering as a Patient Partner at the BC Cancer Agency Patient and Family Experience Program and with the Sarcoma Patient Global Advocacy Network (SPAGN).
