MD
Department of Oncology, Herlev University Hospital, Denmark
In 2007, I earned my medical degree from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. Between 2010 and 2012, I spent two years as a clinical research fellow at the Drug Development Unit and Sarcoma Unit at the Royal Marsden Hospital in the UK as part of my specialist training. In 2019, I completed my clinical oncology training in both Medical and Radiation Oncology. Since then, I have worked as a clinical assistant, and I am currently pursuing a PhD at the Department of Oncology at Herlev University in Denmark.
My primary research has focused on circulating tumor DNA and quality of life in sarcoma patients, in collaboration with the Department of Oncology at Aarhus University Hospital and the Center for Genomic Medicine at Rigshospitalet. Additionally, I am investigating survival outcomes and cardiotoxicity in a national cohort of Danish soft tissue sarcoma patients treated with doxorubicin and dexrazoxane.
