Eijiro Shimada is a postdoctoral fellow at Duke University, with a background as a former medical doctor in Japan. The primary focus of his research is the investigation of the mechanisms of metastasis in undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma and the identification of potential therapeutic targets, leveraging his knowledge of bioinformatics. In addition to academic pursuits, he enjoys playing tennis during free time.
