I began my medical journey at the University of Aguascalientes, where I trained as a general surgeon. Furthering my expertise, I specialized in Surgical Oncology at the National Cancer Institute of Mexico. Today, I'm an Assistant Physician in the Department of Skin, Soft Tissues, and Bone Tumors and lead the Sarcoma Clinic. I proudly coordinate academic activities for oncology fellows through the Mexican Society of Oncology (SMeO) and actively contribute to societies like SSO, ESSO, CTOS, and SMeO. My primary research interests lie in sarcoma, melanoma, rare tumors, retroperitoneal sarcoma, and immuno-oncology.
