With a background in Cell and Molecular Biology (Bachelor degree) and Bioinformatics (Master degree), I completed my PhD in Biomedical Engeneering in 2023, in the University of Minho, Portugal, in collaboration with the Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC). Currently, I am a PosDoc in computational biology at the lab of Judith Bovee in the LUMC. I focus on bone tumours and the analysis of several types of data: from DNA methylation to spatial transcriptomics.
