I am a Data Scientist and Software Engineer working at the intersection of computation, AI, and the biomedical sciences. Previously, I contributed to the Haibe-Kains Lab at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, where I developed advanced software tools, bioinformatics pipelines, databases, and web applications to facilitate biomarker discovery in precision oncology. Currently, I lead a team at BenchSci focusing on the development of conversational AI technologies designed to assist pre-clinical drug discovery researchers in uncovering insights from both internal pharmaceutical company documents and the broader scientific literature.
