As a Senior Scientist at Zentalis Pharmaceuticals I lead translational research efforts, focusing on understanding the mechanisms of action for novel therapies and validating biomarkers to guide targeted treatment strategies. My work has been integral to advancing multiple Phase I clinical trials, ensuring the effective translation of preclinical findings into the clinical setting. Before Zentalis, I developed my technical expertise at Omniome, Inc., refining next-generation sequencing methods, and during my Ph.D. at UC San Diego, where I explored novel epigenetic regulators of the EGFR oncogene in glioblastoma.
