I am a physician-scientist specializing in soft tissue sarcomas, immuno-oncology, and computational biology. In 2018, I completed my medical degree at the University of Naples Federico II School of Medicine in Italy. I then moved to the USA to work as a post-doctoral research scholar in Dr. Ronald Levy’s laboratory, focusing on intra-tumoral immunotherapy and mRNA cancer vaccines. This work was supported by a Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship from the American-Italian Cancer Foundation. I then continued my clinical training as a residenct physician in Internal Medicine at Stanford University, where I conducted several retrospective clinical research projects on soft tissue sarcomas under the mentorship of Dr. Kristen Ganjoo. I am currently a fellow in Medical Oncology and Hematology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School. My current research involves clinical transcriptomics and genomics in soft tissue sarcomas, as well as development of novel adoptive cellular therapy strategies for soft tissue sarcomas including CAR-T cells and TCR-T cell therapy.
