A recent addition to the Gustave Roussy institute and became a bioinformatician for the team after obtaining a master degree. Specializes in spatial transcriptomic analysis and has worked on the development of a tool, Cells from Space (CFS) used for spatial transcriptomic analysis using independant component analysis. Analysis works include mostly the analysis of cancer samples and more specifically osteosarcoma samples.
