• Contributed to and actively participated in execution of research mainly focused on Sarcomas such as Liposarcomas, Leiomyosarcomas, and Chondrosarcomas to investigate the tumor microenvironment; particularly the role of T cells in cancer Immunotherapy; through the use of methods that explore the spatial and gene expression profile of cells within the tumor.
• Researching the structure of T Cell Receptor and diversity and exploring the impact of T Cell Receptor diversity on cancer prognosis through methods such as Dendritic Cell pulsation with antigenic peptides and co-culture with T cells, RNA sequencing, DNA sequencing.
