Alice Laffi degreed in Medicine and Sugery in 2011 and specialized in Medical Oncology in 2017 at the University of Florence, Italy.
From 10/2017 to 11/2021, she whorked at the European Institute of Oncology (IEO) at Milan, Italy, where she impoved her interest for neuroendocrine neoplasms and rare diseases. She was an active memeber of the NET-dedicated multidisciplinary team and she was involved in several international clinical trials on this topic. From 12/2021 to nowday, she worker at the Humanitas Research Hospital where she continued to manage neuroendocrine neoplasms patients and she started to manage sarcomas patients. At the Humanitas Research Hospital, thanks to Doctor Alexia Bertuzzi, the head of the Sarcoma and NET unit, she improved her interest in matters regards oncologic Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) patients, attending the research activities on this topic.
