I am a psycho-oncologist with a master's degree in health psychology and a post-graduate degree in psycho-oncology, currently studying my second year of a master's degree in psycho-oncology and palliative care. I am also certified in EMDR.
I work in the public health sector, in Santiago de Chile and currently reside in Madrid, caring remotely for patients with chronic diseases, cancer, their family and caregivers, as well as trauma and anxiety disorders
I believe that research is concrete, continuous and important support to improve the quality of life of people with various diseases, observing their experience from a biopsychosocial approach.
Finally, being a psychologist is my vocation, I believe that from this role I contribute to the health system, humanizing the health and disease processes, advancing in the development of emotional support and effective, ethical and responsible comprehensive interventions. Throughout
my career, I have worked with deep dedication and meaning, keeping myself constantly open to learning and Evolution to continue growing professionally and personally.
