Adrian Parra is a fourth-year medical student at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine currently applying for diagnostic radiology residency. With a passion for advancing medical imaging, Adrian has participated in multiple research projects, including three poster presentations and a published case report. They have also contributed to additional research submitted to conferences.
A first-generation college student and proud member of the Hispanic community, Adrian takes pride in their leadership roles across various student organizations. They also serve as a mentor to underclassmen, fostering the next generation of physicians.
Outside of medicine, Adrian enjoys attending University of Miami Hurricanes football games, traveling for away matches, and participating in sports like airsoft, pickleball, and ultimate frisbee. Passionate about serving diverse communities, they aim to continue their work in diagnostic radiology while advocating for healthcare access and equity.
