Brad Tumminello, PharmD is currently the Senior Medical Director at SpringWorks Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company that applies a precision medicine approach to acquiring, developing and commercializing life-changing medicines for underserved patient populations. Prior to his current role, Dr. Tumminello has established and has built out the infrastructure for the field Medical Affairs function.
Brad has over 20 years of biopharmaceutical experience and has been involved with multiple drug launches at various global companies (therapeutic areas include: immunology, metabolics, oncology, rare disease and managed markets).
Prior to joining SpringWorks, Brad joined Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical where he was responsible for building out the US field Medical Affairs team and developing/executing the field medical launch strategy and tactics for Strensiq (burosumab).
Brad was also a Medical Science Liaison for Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and was involved with multiple drug launches during hist tenure there. Prior to that role, Brad joined Amgen Inc. and has held various positions of increasing responsibility.
Brad earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Rutgers University in May 2003 and completed his post-doctorate fellowship with Sankyo Pharma Inc in June 2004.
