I’m a postdoctoral researcher at Lund University, Sweden. I'm a bioinformatician experienced in high-throughput data analysis in cancer research and skilled in developing computational tools. My projects are focused on understanding specific genetic mechanisms that drive sarcoma development. I utilized DNA mate pair and whole genome sequencing, RNA sequencing and SNP array analysis from fresh frozen tumor tissue. By integrating these data and the development of new tools I aim to find disease-associated alterations the sarcoma genome.
